1. What products does HUMOT sell? We specialize in wireless lavalier microphones designed for smartphones, cameras, and computers. Our mics are perfect for content creators, podcasters, educators, and business professionals who need clean, reliable audio without the clutter of cables. Each kit includes the transmitter, receiver, and necessary accessories.
2. Where do you ship? We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. If you're outside these areas, we appreciate your interest but cannot fulfill orders.
3. What are my shipping options and times? We offer Standard shipping (7-14 business days) for $15. Please note that order processing takes 1-3 business days before your package leaves our facility. The shipping time is in addition to the processing time, so plan accordingly.
4. What is your return policy? You may return unused items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us first to initiate the return. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, in which case we cover the return shipping.
5. How can I track my order? Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. You can use that number on the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) to follow your package's journey from our warehouse to your doorstep.
6. Can I cancel my order? Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn't shipped yet. After that, our standard return policy applies. Just contact us right away with your order number, and we'll help you out.
7. Do your mics work with iPhones and Android devices? Yes, our wireless lavalier microphones are compatible with both iOS and Android smartphones, as well as devices with USB-C or Lightning ports. They also work with cameras that have 3.5mm mic inputs. Check the product page for full compatibility details.
8. What is the wireless range and battery life? Our mics offer a reliable range of up to 200 feet (60 meters) in open spaces, and battery life lasts up to 6 hours on a full charge. The included charging case provides additional recharges for on-the-go recording sessions.
